PeopleSoft® Student Records

Academe Solutions has developed a proven methodology for converting academic history from your existing system to PeopleSoft® Student Records. Three of the most difficult decisions you will encounter in the conversion include determining the approach to take, the amount of history to convert and the level of detail required to meet your future needs. Because this process will literally impact every module within PeopleSoft® Campus Solutions, our Historical Conversion Process is designed to ensure that all functional areas are considered within the evaluation process.

Our method is to convert more history with a greater level of detail. We believe this approach is well worth the effort in the long run. Without the appropriate amount and level of detail, it will be difficult to effectively use many of the functions within PeopleSoft® Campus Solutions, such as Appointment Assignments, Academic Standing, Prerequisite Checking, Financial Aid Awarding, Academic Transcripts and Degree Audit.
