Certainly, there are numerous approaches for implementing PeopleSoft® Campus Solutions. Some institutions prefer implementations spanning several years, bringing up one module at a time and maintaining interfaces to and from PeopleSoft®. Others may take a more rapid implementation approach, bringing up all modules with the minimal requirements in a compressed period of time, such as 12 months. The number and type of resources utilized, both internally and externally, varies as well, from large project teams decentralized across a university system, to skeletal teams consisting of one or two people on a part-time basis.
