Academe Solutions has developed a clear, concise road map for designing the foundation and structure that is needed to support all modules within the PeopleSoft® Campus Solutions suite of applications.

Our approach is based on the philosophy and understanding of how the Academic Structure will impact all modules within the system. All modules are completely integrated with and dependent on the Academic Structure. Unless the Academic Structure is initially defined in a manner that will support the needs and requirements of all areas, you will not be able to leverage the system to its fullest capacity.

Understanding the integration points between all modules, as bridged by the Academic Structure, cannot be overstated. All modules have specific components that must be addressed within the Academic Structure.  Extracting these needs and requirements during the initial stages of development is imperative to the overall success of the project. Not only should these points of integration be addressed early on during the implementation life cycle, but they must also be reassessed on a regular basis as you continue to explore and prototype your system.

One of the most beneficial aspects of this approach is that it provides an inroad to immediately begin working with all areas of the system in an interactive and integrated environment. Once the foundation is in place, all functional areas can begin to focus on the details of defining the system to meet their unique requirements and specifications.
