Paid Time Off
The Paid Time Off (PTO) employee benefit program
combines vacation, holiday, sick and personal time hours into a PTO "bank". The
program is designed to be responsive to the personal needs and commitments of
our full-time employees.
PTO hours begin accruing at the time of hire and accumulate at the rate of
three eight-hour days per month for each employee for a total of 36 PTO days
each calendar year.
Compensation Packages
Academe Solutions offers a rewarding
compensation package. Our employees benefit from a company-sponsored 401k plan,
which includes a 3 percent match.
