The Residence Life Management System - Implementation
 
Academe Solutions will provide installation and implementation services for delivering the licensed Residence Life Management System. We will work with each customer to develop an implementation plan including a project management approach which will facilitate the overall mission, goals, and objectives of each institution to insure a successful implementation. Implementation services are structured around a three month (90 days) time period.
Minimum Installation Requirements
Since the Residence Life Management System is fully integrated with Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials and Financial Aid, the following Peoplesoft Campus Solutions modules must be operational:
Campus Community
Students require an emplid and biographic and demographic data in Campus Community.  The Residence Life Management System takes full advantage of Communications, Comments and Checklists (3Cs).
Student Records/Academic Structure
Students must be associated with a Term, Academic Career, Academic  Program, and Academic Plan and have an active Career Number in Student Records.
Student Financial Aid
The Residence Life Management System takes full advantage of the calculation and billing functionality in PeopleSoft Student Financials. In order to charge and bill students appropriately, Student Financial Business Units, Account Types, Item Types, Tuition Groups, and Term Fees must be defined in the Student Financials module.
